The Abibitumi Abibifahodie Film Festival is a D.O.O.R. (Decade of Our Repatriation) event.
A festival audience may already contain the next director, editor, actor, animator, critic, composer, or archivist. A young person often needs only one serious invitation to recognize that the field is open to them.
Ask the young viewer to identify the most powerful moment in a film and explain how it was made. Then help them create something small: a one-minute scene, storyboard, recorded memory, or review.
